When you decide to relocate, simply contact our customer service team and continue to enjoy the excellent service at your new residence.

  13. I have heard weather affects the service.

  14. That's understandable, since cable companies have spent hundreds-of-thousands of dollars to convince you that this is a problem. That's why it is important for to understand that your local cable provider gets its signal from satellite, too. National studies show that percentages of outages for satellite TV are approximately 1 1/2 % versus the 3-4% experienced by cable TV. And if you are ever in the 1 ½% of satellite customers experiencing signal loss, most outages last only a few minutes.

  15. I don't understand why I need to provide my SSN?

  16. We understand your concern, and in these days, it's definitely important to be careful. When we establish a new account for you, we install thousands of dollars worth of digital receiving equipment at no charge. We want to make sure we're able to continue to offer this to future customers, so we verify payment history on all potential subscribers - simply to verify whom we are doing business with.

  17. Our Homeowners Association forbids satellite dishes.

  18. We would love to have you as a new subscriber. Our Dish antenna sizes are 18" to 20" and comply with the Satellite Consumer bill of Rights, a regulation by the FCC on August 6, 1996. This regulation PREEMPTS area zoning ordinances and Homeowner Association (HOA)Covenants and restrictions on DBS Dish antennas. This rule was required by Congress in the 1996 telecommunications Act. Some HOA's have been fighting to keep restriction rights by threating court action on tenants with dish antennas, in some cases arguing that the dish antenna was installed in a common area, calling the air space above the homeowners roof where this dish is installed, the common area. Be aware that Congress is on your side in this matter.
